Losing weight and maintaining a healthy size can often seem impossible if you are suffering from emotional eating.

If you are one of the many who struggle in this way, I’m sure you are all too aware that logic and education on their own just don’t cut it.

You know you need to cut your portion sizes. You know you need to eat healthier foods and move more, You know all of that, but the part of you that drives your emotions is just too strong to fight, and so you end up comfort eating to make yourself feel better.

But every time you do, the relief is so temporary and only sets you up on a new cycle of negative emotions which inevitably drive you back to eating even more. And so it goes on and on, often for life.

As a result you will no longer need to use food as an emotional coping mechanism and so your weight will decline easily and without effort.
