is a natural and necessary condition. It gave our cave-man ancestors the
ability to react to danger or emergency and a quick response for fight,
flight or freeze. At times of stress or perceived stress, our adrenal
glands, release powerful hormones into the bloodstream. These hormones,
Adrenaline, Noradrenaline and Cortisol stimulate chemicals, which affect the
heart and almost every organ in our body. We experience an instant mental,
emotional and physical change that provides us with extra awareness, extra
endurance and extra strength to cope with danger.
